Airsoft combat and guns: My point of view.

Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh,

Salam sejahtera.

Perghh macam ayat news reader daa..hahaha

Anyway pada entry kali ini, sempoi je tapi benda yang aku nak post ni kira bahaya gak (daripada segi laws sahaja la) walaupun sebenarnya takde lah bahaya mana.

Apa benda bahaya tu????

What's up?

Jika korang semua perasan pada gambar akaun gmail.com aku macam ni kan..

so called in disguise..hahaha

Okay lah just jump into the point. What I want to tell here is, I was once involved in the Airsoft gun and combat game before. Both legally and illegally combat games. Yes according to the rules and laws imposed, I should not be allowed to possess neither use the items unregistered. However since I was involved and experienced the games, I could conclude that actually if we follow the safety manual and wear safety suit plus rules of engagement (in this case of course airsoft combat rules). By His Will everything is okay. The problem is when there are certain individuals even groups abusing the laws and in some cases abusing the items to do criminal jobs. Of course that's not me because I learnt the regulations as well as the capability of items prior to the games. I feel so frustrated when the officials want to ban this game and make it more difficult to join. In fact those who actively involved in the paintball games are not exempted as well. Just because of one two cases which pretty remote to listen, then everything got to be banned. The effect when airsoft projectiles (usually made of totally plastic) hit the target would only damaged very thin and soft objects such as thin paper, cardboard and pieces of dried tree branches. So far if the projectile hit the aluminum can what it can do only kemek effect. I used to fire plastic projectile towards my car's frontal glass and nothing happened.
To me personally I am very disagreed when seeing toy guns, airsoft guns and paintball markers are included as illegal items. This means the sport itself automatically is declared as illegal.
However perhaps due to lack of exposure to the public about the airsoft games might lead to this non sense issue. Yes the guns may look like similar but there are ways to understand and learn to distinguish which is real or replica a.k.a fake. Nevertheless, the psychological and fear sentiment factors always become the champion in any hot issues. I don't see any efforts to educate our public about the truth of airsoft either from airsofters (actually we made it before but our Malaysians are very enthusiast to the items rather than games, maintenance and safety procedures) and officials.

Okay after voicing out my opinion, let's check out what I had once before..

Actually this is my most favourite item. L96A1 sniper airsoft rifle. It can hit target as far as 30-50 meters using 6mm plastic projectile a.k.a ball bearing plastic. As I mentioned earlier it only damaged soft and thin objects, it might penetrate but the effect is not too much.

This one is Automated Electric Gun model M4A1 carbine. Full with lipo battery, charger, plastic magazines and BB plastic loader. There is also a red dot telescope.

in naked form hahaha...

this is more to tactical design with multiple magazines attachment.

with single magazine.

this is a must have item when you want to play airsoft game. it is vest with magazine pouches.

From left to right (clockwise): knee pads, elbow pads, face mask protection, eyes goggle, safety replica kevlar helmet, and tactical handgloves. We emphasize safety before playing maa..!!

close-up view.

Before going into 'danger zone'..mesti selfie lah haha..

After the match.

Look like what eh??

so called urban stuff. actually this was taken few years ago when first time I involved in the game. Very excited maa..

Let's check what makes this airsoft issue so 'hot'..

So no wonder lah kan...and this is the reason why I have to LEAVE the game although supposedly it is a very healthy sport, building up teamwork, understanding and creativity. Another thing is to build up strategy. No need to attend build up courses at your workplaces. In fact you may just need to apply what you've learnt in this game into your life or workplace by minor or major adjustment.

Alamak tanpa aku sedari betapa omputih nye aku hari ni..hahaha..

Anyway before end up this entry apa kata korang tengok dulu beberapa klip video permainan / sukan airsoft game dalam Malaysia dan luar negara.

All above are from Malaysia, these one below are from Scotland:

So enjoy lah tengok semua video sukan airsoft ini.

Sekian, terima kasih

Wasalam...
